My wiregems' policies regarding ordering, special/custom orders, shipping, returns, guarantees, contact options are intended to be clear and direct and are meant to enhance your overall customer service experience.

Ordering
• All existing jewelry and accessory items have descriptors and product codes for easy reference.

• A user friendly shopping cart is available for all orders. A special order form for custom orders will allow you be specific regarding your personal choices and components of an individually designed jewelry item…just for YOU!

• Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express over a secure site where your privacy is carefully and always protected.

• Personal check, cashier checks and money orders are also graciously accepted. Once your payment is validated your product will be shipped.

Shipping

• There are NO shipping or handling charges for USA and Canada and all respective state taxes are incorporated in wiredgems prices. We want you to enjoy the jewelry at a reasonable cost. wiredgems will be responsible for the shipping/taxes and the math! Shipping to other locations outside of USA and Canada will be at current and established post office and/or parcel service rates.

• Available and inventoried items are typically shipped in 2-3 days after your order has been processed (i.e. order received and payment validated).

• Custom orders will naturally take longer to ship. I make every effort to ship custom orders within 7-10 days of receipt of order. If there is an unforeseeable delay I will notify you promptly via e-mail.

• Shipping will be provided via the United States Postal Service priority mail or typical shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc).

• You will be notified via e-mail how your purchase will be shipped and the estimated time of arrival. When available a tracking number will be provided for you.

• I will be available to correspond with you by e-mail or phone, whichever you are most comfortable with, to collaborate and answer custom order questions when necessary and/or any question you may have that increases your comfort level with your purchase. I want to be able to insure that you are completely satisfied when you open the package!

Guarantees / Returns
All wiredgems crafted items are unconditionally guaranteed against any flaws in workmanship. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, using only high quality semi-precious gemstones, Swarovski crystals, standard or Argentium sterling silver (anti-tarnish) and 14K gold filled metals. If you receive an item that is unsatisfactory to you in workmanship or is not what you expected it to be, please contact me via the contact form before returning any item. I will be happy to discuss the problem, possibly resolve any

issue(s), replace/exchange the item and/or arrange and discuss the return of the item in question. In almost all cases the item, if necessary, may be repaired. If repair is not an option then you will receive a refund of your purchase once the item is returned to wiredgems and providing the item is not damaged in return shipment. It will be, however, the customer’s responsibility to securely package the item and pay for any return shipping and / or insurance charges. No refunds are possible on custom or individually identifiable orders, unless it is determined by wiredgems that the item can be resold. Returns/exchanges will be discussed and arranged on any item if wiredgems is notified of any issue within 15 calendar days of customer receipt of the item. Please include your return authorization number with your return use the returns/exchanges form if a return is necessary**.
