wiredgems welcomes requests for custom orders.
Since each of my pieces is crafted like none before it or any after it, each piece is in its way “custom". However, it gives me even greater pleasure when I can collaborate, share ideas, and work together in crafting a piece that will be your one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry that will have the special gems or crystals that have special meaning for you or as a gift for someone special to you.
There may be some limitations to availability of certain gems or crystals. For example, I do not work with diamonds or purely precious gems i.e. ruby, sapphire, emeralds. I will make every attempt to acquire and use gems that are requested. If I am unable to, I will notify and inform you not only of any restrictions, but also possibilities. Costs of custom items may vary somewhat from in stock items but not significantly. If there is to be a wide or unusual cost factor we will discuss it directly so there will be no surprises to you and no disappointment for me in not being able to provide you with what you are requesting. Also, please allow 7 to 10 days for the shipment of custom orders once the custom order components have been agreed upon.
ORDERING TIPS and SUGGESTIONS
>Please keep in mind that any design you see that is crafted in Sterling Silver may also be fashioned in 14K Gold-filled.
>All wiredgems hand made EARRINGS come with either French wires or posts. Simply indicate your preference in the comments / questions box when you order.
>When ordering a personalized SUN CATCHER or ORNAMENT indicate the name you wish to have spelled out in the item. There is a ten (10) letter limit in order to accommodate the ornament size and shape. Longer names or phrases can be discussed and would be at additional cost.
>When ordering a BRACELET or cuff, please refer tothe 'sizing a bracelet' section and indicate whether you wish it to have a clasp or not.
>When ordering a BRACELET, CUFF and/or PENDANT, keep in mind that they can be customized in shape, gem choice and dimension. For instance a bracelet can be fashioned at 1 1/2" even though the item photo shows it as a 1" bracelet. Simply indicate your choices and any special requirements in the drop down menus and/or the comments / questions box below.
>When ordering PAUA Shell Pendants be aware that Paua Shells, like abalone shells, come in varying shapes, colors and hues. What you order and receive may differ in some degree in shape and color than the Paua Shell you see pictured. Every effort will be made to match your choice with my available Paua Shells. Please be as specific as possible as to your wishes regarding color and shape in the questions/comments box when you order.
